Since new construction is down during these tough economic times, I now mostly use my equipment for doing minor grading, bush-hogging, or any other general tractor work.

What We Do

HFI specializes in residential and light commercial footing construction. We layout BatterBoards with a TopCon laser level, dig the footings with a KUBOTA KX41-3 mini excavator, install ReBar, locate and place the vertical tie downs (threaded rod and or straps) for local hurricane codes, and pour concrete. We even sometimes have to handle extreme engineered jobs. All of our work is checked by county inspectors and or soil engineers and has to meet local codes before any concrete is poured. HFI only supplies labor, but will assist you with a material list and any recommendations for vendors to help you find all materials needed to get your footings done correctly.

HFI also has a tractor/loader with box-blade and bush-hog, and will do some minor grading and ditch work with mini excavator, which actually consumes most of my time since new construction has fell off tremendously.
